The National Elementary and Junior Honor Society gave honor to our DAAS top 30 scholars. These students maintained a GPA of 3.5 all school year! We are very proud of them. The students spoke professionally on the topics of leadership, service, scholarship, citizenship, service and responsibility. We were also joined by Youth Development leader Victor Robinson who inspired our students to be leaders and stars! The ceremony was christened by 8th grade Honoree Tica Parks and the 8th grade ensemble who graced us with a beautiful rendition of “The Greatest Love of All.” Looking forward to a greater more from our Honor Society next year as we hope to travel to the student leaders conference in Washington DC! Farewell and blessings to our 8th grade students as they transition to High School.
